Cobos Strategies was founded by Lori Cobos, whose over 25 years of broad experience in the electric power and utilities industry includes serving as Commissioner at the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT) where she helped lead the historic grid reforms following Winter Storm Uri.
Cobos also served as Chief Executive and Public Counsel of the Texas Office of Public Utility Counsel, member of the ERCOT Board of Directors, and Texas representative in the Southwest Power Pool and MISO.
